Our story

It started with one business.

A business reached out to me wanting a booking app: a simple way for their customers to book with them. While building it, I figured: why not make it available to every business, and let their customers pay online too?

Most businesses here still take bookings through DMs and WhatsApp, then chase people for cash or transfer screenshots, and lose the slot when someone doesn't show. With Juneplum, customers can pay by card once you confirm their booking, so you're paid before the visit and a no-show doesn't have to mean lost income.

It's for hairstylists, barbers, nail techs, trainers, tutors and every business in Jamaica that runs on appointments.

Online payments

Card payments, built in.

The main reason Juneplum exists: letting any service business take card payments online, no website needed. You set up card payments from your dashboard.

  • Visa and Mastercard before the visit

    Once you confirm a booking, the customer gets a secure card link, so the slot can be paid for before they walk in.

  • Full price or a deposit

    Take the whole amount up front, or a deposit with the balance due at the appointment.

  • Paid out to your bank in Jamaica

    Card payments are processed by Inkress and paid out to your bank account. Check your balance any time.

  • A secure payment page

    Customers enter their card on Inkress's secure page. Juneplum never sees or stores full card numbers.
