  • Browse your services organized by category
  • View your location on a map
  • Select an available date and time
  • Pay online and confirm their booking

How the Booking Flow Works

The customer journey from browsing to confirmed booking.

Step 1: Browse Services

Customers see your services organized by category. Each service shows the name, description, duration, and price.

Step 2: Select Service

Customer clicks on a service to start the booking process. They can see full details before proceeding.

Step 3: Choose Date & Time

A calendar shows available dates. When they select a date, they see available time slots based on your business hours and existing bookings.

Step 4: Enter Details

Customer enters their name, email, and phone number. This information is used to create or update their customer record.

Step 5: Pay & Confirm

Customer sees the total (including tax if enabled) and pays via Inkress or PayPal. Once payment succeeds, the booking is created.

After booking: Customer receives a confirmation email. You receive a notification and can see the booking in your dashboard.

What Customers See

Your business profile information displayed on the booking page.

Your booking page displays information from your Business Profile:

  • Business name – Prominently displayed at the top
  • Description – Your business description
  • Location – Address with an interactive map
  • Phone number – Clickable to call on mobile
  • Social links – Instagram, Facebook, website (if added)

Tip: Make sure your Business Profile is complete. A well-filled profile builds trust and encourages bookings.

Service Visibility

Control which services appear on your booking page.

Only active services are shown on your public booking page:

  • Active services – Visible and bookable
  • Inactive services – Hidden from customers

Services are organized by category. If a category has no active services, it won't appear on the booking page.

To Change Service Visibility

  1. Go to Services in your dashboard
  2. Click the menu on the service
  3. Select "Activate" or "Deactivate"

When Booking is Unavailable

Why customers might not be able to complete bookings.

Customers won't be able to book if:

  • !
No payment method – You haven't set up Inkress, PayPal, or cash payments
  • !
Subscription inactive – Your free trial ended or subscription expired
  • !
No available times – Your calendar is fully booked or blocked
  • !
No active services – All services are deactivated

Test your page: Visit your booking link yourself to see exactly what customers see and ensure everything is working correctly.
