Customize what customers see
After creating your account, complete your business profile, add your location, set your business hours, create service categories, add your services, and configure a payment method (Inkress, PayPal, or cash). The setup checklist on your dashboard will guide you through each step.
Juneplum supports cash payments on all plans. Card payments via Inkress (JMD) and PayPal (USD) are available on the Standard plan ($3,000 JMD/month or $19 USD). Basic plan users can only accept cash payments. You must set up at least one payment method before customers can complete bookings.
Share your unique booking page link (juneplum.com/your-username) with customers. They can browse your services, select an available date and time, enter their contact information, and pay online to confirm their booking.
Go to Settings > Business Hours and click 'Block Time'. You can create one-time blocks for specific dates or set up recurring blocks (daily or weekly). Add an optional note to remember why the time is blocked.
Go to Settings > Tax Settings to enable tax collection. Enter your tax rate (e.g., 15% for GCT), customize the tax label, and optionally add your Tax Registration Number (TRN). Tax will automatically be calculated and added to all bookings.
The booking appears in your dashboard. Review the details and confirm the appointment. The customer receives a confirmation email with the appointment details. After the service, mark the booking as completed.
Find the booking in your dashboard and click to view details. You can cancel the booking and optionally provide a reason. For refunds, you'll need to process them through your payment provider (Inkress or PayPal) directly.
Yes! Go to Services > Categories to create categories (e.g., 'Haircuts', 'Treatments', 'Packages'). When adding or editing a service, assign it to a category. Categories help customers find services on your booking page.
New accounts start with a 14-day free trial with full Standard features. After the trial, choose between Basic ($1,500 JMD/month) for cash-only payments, or Standard ($3,000 JMD/month) for cash + card payments. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings > Billing.
Yes. Go to Settings > Account and click 'Delete Account'. You'll have a 30-day grace period before permanent deletion. Make sure to cancel your subscription first and download any data you need to keep.
