Getting Started

Set up your Juneplum account in 5 simple steps and start accepting bookings today.

Create Your Account

Sign up for Juneplum to get started with your booking page.

  1. Go to juneplum.com and click "Get Started"
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Check your inbox for a sign-in link (no password needed!)
  4. Click the link to access your dashboard

Tip: Juneplum uses passwordless authentication. Each time you sign in, you'll receive a secure link via email.

Set Up Your Business Profile

Add your business information so customers know who you are.

Go to Settings → Business Profile and fill in:

  • Business Name – The name customers will see
  • Description – Tell customers about your services (2-3 sentences)
  • Phone Number – Your contact number for inquiries
  • Username – Your unique booking page URL (juneplum.com/your-username)

Optional: Add your website, Instagram, and Facebook links so customers can find you online.

Your booking page URL: Once you set your username, your public booking page will be available at juneplum.com/your-username

Add Your Location

Let customers know where to find you.

Go to Settings → Location and enter:

  • Address – Your street address
  • City – e.g., Kingston, Montego Bay
  • Country – Jamaica
  • Location Notes – Helpful directions (e.g., "2nd floor, above the pharmacy")

Configure Business Hours

Set when customers can book appointments.

Go to Settings → Business Hours to set your weekly schedule:

  1. Toggle each day on or off
  2. Set your opening time (e.g., 9:00 AM)
  3. Set your closing time (e.g., 5:00 PM)
  4. Repeat for each day you're open

Tip: Need to block specific dates for vacation or holidays? Use the "Block Time" button to mark dates as unavailable.

Set Up a Payment Method

Configure how you'll receive payments from customers.

Go to Settings → Payment Method and choose:

Inkress (Recommended for Jamaica)

  • • Accept payments in JMD (Jamaican Dollars)
  • • Customers pay with credit/debit cards
  • • Enter your Inkress merchant username to connect
  • • Add your bank account details for payouts

PayPal

  • • Accept payments in USD (US Dollars)
  • • Customers pay via PayPal or card
  • • Enter your PayPal email to connect
  • • Good for international customers

Important: Customers cannot complete bookings until you set up at least one payment method. Your booking page will show services, but the "Book Now" button will be disabled.

You're All Set!

Once you complete these steps, your booking page is live and ready to accept customers. Here's what to do next:

  • Create service categories to organize your offerings
  • Add your services with prices and duration
  • Share your booking link on social media and with customers
