Understanding Your Plan

Juneplum offers two subscription tiers to fit your needs.

Basic Plan – $1,500 JMD/month (or $10 USD)

Best for businesses that collect cash payments.

Standard Plan – $3,000 JMD/month (or $19 USD)

Recommended

Everything in Basic, plus card payment features.

  • Card payments via Inkress (JMD)
  • Online deposits for bookings
  • Priority support

Go to Settings → Billing to view your current plan, upgrade, or downgrade.

Free Trial Information

Start using Juneplum with a 14-day free trial.

How the Free Trial Works

  • • 14-day free trial for all new accounts
  • Full Standard plan features during the trial
  • • Test card payments with PayPal and Inkress
  • • No credit card required to start
  • • Choose your plan (Basic or Standard) at the end

During your free trial, you have access to all Standard plan features:

  • Set up your complete business profile
  • Create services and categories
  • Accept card payments via PayPal and Inkress
  • Test the booking flow with your customers

Tip: Use your free trial to test card payment features. If you only need cash payments, you can save by choosing the Basic plan when your trial ends.

Starting Your Subscription

Subscribe to keep your booking page active after the trial.

To start your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Subscribe Now" or "Manage Subscription"
  3. Choose your payment method (PayPal or Inkress)
  4. Complete the payment process

PayPal Subscription

  • • Automatic monthly billing
  • • Charged to your PayPal account or linked card
  • • Cancel anytime from your Juneplum settings

Inkress Subscription

  • • Pay in Jamaican Dollars (JMD)
  • • Use local credit/debit cards
  • • Monthly recurring payments

Updating Payment Method

Change how you pay for your subscription.

For PayPal Subscriptions

Update your payment method through PayPal:

  1. Log in to your PayPal account
  2. Go to Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments
  3. Find Juneplum and update the payment source

For Inkress Subscriptions

Contact support to update your Inkress payment method, or cancel and resubscribe with a new card.

Canceling Your Subscription

How to cancel and what happens after.

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm the cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

  • • Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period
  • • Your booking page becomes unavailable after the period ends
  • • Existing bookings are not affected
  • • Your data is retained if you resubscribe later

Note: When your subscription is inactive, customers cannot access your booking page or make new bookings. Your dashboard and data remain accessible.

Upgrading & Downgrading

Change your plan anytime to fit your needs.

Upgrading to Standard

To upgrade from Basic to Standard:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Upgrade to Standard"
  3. Complete payment via PayPal or Inkress

Your upgrade takes effect immediately and card payment features are unlocked right away.

Downgrading to Basic

To downgrade from Standard to Basic:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click "Downgrade to Basic"
  3. Confirm the downgrade

The downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep Standard features until then.

Note: When you downgrade, your PayPal and Inkress settings are preserved but disabled. If you upgrade again later, they'll be restored. You can also remove them from Settings → Payment Methods if you prefer.

Reactivating Your Subscription

Come back anytime by resubscribing.

If you've canceled and want to come back:

  1. Log in to your Juneplum account
  2. Go to Settings → Subscription
  3. Click "Subscribe Now"
  4. Complete the payment process

Good news: All your services, categories, customer data, and settings are preserved. Your booking page will be restored exactly as you left it.
