Do I need a website already?
No. Juneplum gives you your own booking page at a link you can share on Instagram, WhatsApp, or anywhere else. Your customers don't need an account either. They book with their name, email and phone number, and check their bookings and receipts through a link we email them.
How do customers pay?
By card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer once you confirm their booking, or cash at the appointment that you mark as paid. You can also ask for a deposit before the appointment, with the balance due at the visit. Prices can be in JMD or US$. Card payments are charged a 0.99% + J$80 fee per transaction; cash and bank transfer are free.
How do I get my card payments?
They're processed by Inkress and paid out to your bank account in Jamaica. You can see your balance any time under Payments → Payouts. Customers enter their card details on Inkress's secure payment page, so Juneplum never sees or stores full card numbers.
How long does setup take?
About five minutes to set up your business profile, services, prices, and hours. Most businesses are taking bookings the same day.
I already use another booking app. Can I bring my customers and appointments?
Yes. Export a CSV from the app or spreadsheet you use now and upload it under Customers → Import. Your client list brings names, emails, phone numbers and notes. Your appointments bring past visits into each client's history and put upcoming ones on your calendar. Nobody is emailed, and nothing already in Juneplum is overwritten. You can also download your customers and bookings at any time.
What happens if a customer cancels or doesn't show?
You set your own rules. Taking a card payment up front means a no-show no longer means lost income, and every booking is tracked so you always know who has paid.
